Q: How long will it take for the items that I have ordered to be delivered?

A: Different products will have different delivery times and the delivery time for each product will be stated in the product description.


Q: What are the payment methods accepted by Haloza?

A: We accept online banking transfer, normal bank in, as well as payment through PayPal. For online banking transfer, you will be redirected to IPay88 and from there you will be able to choose which bank you would like to make the payment with. Kindly note that you would need to have online banking facilities in order to make a payment through online banking transfer. For normal bank in, kindly fill up the bank-in form at the payment page and also attach a picture of the bank-in transaction slip. Lastly, you can also make a payment to us through PayPal if you have a PayPal account.
